Health Maintenance
Check-Ups at PHC begin after discharge from the hospital as a newborn. Annual visits allow our providers to connect with our patients and remain up to date with the status of each individual’s health. Consistent check-ups help us to have a better understanding of your child as a whole, allowing us to provide more comprehensive care as a result
Illness
Same-day sick visits are available year-round at PHC. Skip the wait in an urgent care and make an appointment to see a provider who knows your child and their story. Virtual visits are available.
Mental Health
We understand the hardships of being a kid these days. Our providers can help create solutions to promote emotional wellness and connect your family with additional resources
Immunization
Vaccines at PHC are administered under the care of our Medical Assistants, providing comfort and accommodation to patients who may have hesitations
Developmental Assessments
We routinely screen for achievement of developmental milestones. We also utilize developmental screening questionnaires intermittently through early childhood to assist with early diagnoses of difficulties and delays.
Sports Physicals
We offer sports physicals year round to focus on issues that may impact competitive athletes.
