Call your insurance company or your employer’s HR department to notify them of the addition

Call your insurance provider and assign your family to one of the doctors in our office. You can see any provider in the office, regardless of the named PCP

Our billing team works to resubmit denied claims as necessary. As a subscriber, you may need to call your insurance company directly

Every insurance plan is different. If you have a high deductible plan, insurance coverage is minimal until your deductible is met

You can pay via the online payment portal, mailed check, over the phone with a card, or in office

For a line by line statement, you can call our billing department or ask a member of our front staff to print one for you next time you’re in the office

For balances under $5, we do not send monthly paper statements. If you have ever had a change of address, ensure your billing address is current as well. You can verify this information next time you’re in or give us a call

Our billing team would be happy to discuss setting up a payment plan for outstanding balances that are unable to be paid in full
