Welcome to our new portal.

We are excited to offer a portal with easy access to your child’s information. While you still may find test results available through your original Corewell Health (previously Beaumont) MyChart app, you have access to results plus many other healthcare details on the new portal. You can see immunizations, growth charts, informational documents, visit summaries, and more. You can also message the office, upload photos, and see appointment details. We are currently adding opportunities for online scheduling and continue to add more options as the months roll on.

Teens over age 13 who have provided us their phone numbers also have access to their chart and can interact with their medical team as well.

Often, teens are the ones who will receive texts or information about their appointments. Encourage them to click on their texts and be involved in their health care – one more process in the evolution towards adulthood and independent responsibilities.

If you have trouble signing on for the first time, please call the office as the migration from old system to new is an ongoing process. We can typically get things straightened out quickly.

If you find that your are not receiving texts, it may be due to some phones blocking the system phone number. Add this number into your PHC contacts:
