Same-Day or Next-Day Services: We offer same-day or next-day appointments for those facing a mental health crisis. Please call us at 855-99-MCCMH (855-996-2264) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday to request an appointment.
Our mobile crisis services provide support to adults and children experiencing a mental health crisis.
The mobile crisis team can help when someone is:
Experiencing a mental health crisis or presenting behaviors that require professional intervention
Struggling with thoughts of suicide and/or participating in self-harming behavior
About to physically injure themselves or others
Adult and children’s mobile crisis services are available 24/7. Call the MCCMH Crisis Center at 586-307-9100 and ask for the mobile crisis therapist. They will assess the situation and determine the best way to help.
The mobile crisis team consists of a therapist and a peer or parent support specialist trained to calm and support people in crisis. Once the crisis is under control, the team works with the person to develop a safety plan. This plan can prevent hospital stays or police involvement.
OAKLAND COUNTY SERVICES:
Oakland County Youth Mobile Crisis Team: The Oakland Youth Mobile Crisis Team, provided by New Oakland Family Centers, is available to families and individuals across Oakland County. The mobile team travels to homes, foster care homes, schools, emergency rooms, and other public places in Oakland County. The service is available for individuals 0 to 21 years of age who are experiencing a mental health crisis, regardless of insurance type.

Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services are available for adults and children needing short-term crisis services.
The Access Services Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call DWIHN Mobile Crisis Stabilization for Children and Adults (844) 462-7474: The DWIHN Mobile Crisis Stabilization Unit can deploy trained clinicians to the scene of a crisis to assist in de-escalation, service connection, and resource provision should there be no immediate safety concerns 24/7, 365. Should there be significant safety concerns, contact 911.
